AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Ninety-six and 74/100 Dollars ($43,396.74) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used to pay for one-half (1/2) of the construction
costs of storm sewers on West Bruno Avenue between Laclede Station
Road and Bredell Avenue, in the City of Maplewood, Missouri, and
the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Maplewood, Missouri and the City of
Richmond Heights, Missouri have jointly undertaken the project of
said stormwater construction, and
WHEREAS, said Cities have requested that the District
participate in one-half (1/2) of the construction costs of said
stormwater project, said participation to be specifically
exclusive of site restoration, utility relocation, preparation of
engineering plans and specifications, and the cost for
advertisement for bids,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Ninety-six and 74/100 Dollars ($43,396.74) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used to pay for one-half
(1/2)
of the construction costs of storm sewers on West Bruno Avenue
between Laclede Station Road and Bredell Avenue, in the City of
Maplewood, Missouri, and the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 26, 1976.
