AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Three Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($3,900.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of the
University City Branch of River des Peres to be used for
additional costs in the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 366 - University City Branch of River des Peres
(Spoon Drive) Section 1, 76-RDP-UC-3, in the City of University
City, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of the
University City Branch of River des Peres, and
WHEREAS, the City of University City, Missouri has
agreed to contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($3,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of River des Peres as a supplemental appropriation to
be used for additional costs in the construction of storm sewers
in Subdistrict No. 366 - University City Branch of River des Peres
(Spoon Drive) Section 1, 76-RDP-UC-3, in the City of University
City, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 26, 1976.
