AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District has no further need for the
subject portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is vacated, to wit:
The East 5 feet of an existing 10 foot wide easement
lying East of and adjacent to the West line
of Lot 161 of "Parc Argonne Forest Plat 1", a
Subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 149, Pages 66 and 67 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1976.
