AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District has no further need for the
subject portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is vacated, to wit;
The North 2 feet of an existing 5 foot wide easement
lying North of and adjacent to the South line
of Lot 64 of Saxon Manor South No. 1, a
Subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 99, Page 61 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1976.
