AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Harrawood's,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in the project known as
Del Vista Drive Storm Sewers (75-GC-7), in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Harrawood,s, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Del Vista Drive Storm Sewers (75-GC-7), in the City of
Crestwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of
May, 1976, and formally executed on the 7th day of June, 1976, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 3077
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1976.
