HomeMy Public PortalAbout03079 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3079 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($20,700.00) from the Spanish Lake Operating Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in the project known as Eldorado No. 1 Sanitary Interceptor (S-1014), in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to the Housing Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to contribute the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive Director is authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor, and said money will be returned to the Spanish Lake Operating Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($20,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the Spanish Lake Operating Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in the project known as Eldorado No. 1 Sanitary Interceptor (S-1014), in St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1976.
