AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund to be
used for the construction of combined sewers in the project known
as Maryville Gardens - C.B. 2656 (S-907), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, Missouri, has
contributed one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project; the
Executive Director is authorized to issue the notice to proceed to
the contractor, and said moneys have been deposited in the
Mississippi River Construction Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund to be used for the construction of combined
sewers in the project known as Maryville Gardens - C.B. 2656
(S-907), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1976.
