AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Harrawood's,
Inc. for the construction of combined sewers in the project
known as Maryville Gardens - C.B. 2656 (S-907), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Harrawood's, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of combined sewers in the project
known as Maryville Gardens - C.B. 2656 (S-907), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of June, 1976,
and formally executed on the 7th day of June, 1976, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 3082
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1976.
