AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Webster Groves, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate the subject easement and this District has no
further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The south ninety (90) feet of a ten (10) foot wide
easement at the west side of Lot 9 of "Crosby
Place", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book
8, Page 66 of the St. Louis County Records,
said easement recorded in Plat Book 425, Page
97 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1976.
