AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 422 (Prigge and
Petite Chalet) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sanitary sewer
facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the
expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as
Subdistrict No. 422 (Prigge and Petite Chalet).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 422
(Prigge and Petite Chalet) shall be as follows:

PRIGGE & PETITE CHALET
Beginning in the north line of Prigge Rd. at its intersection with
the east line of Eckert Ln., 20' wide; thence north along the east
line of Eckert Ln., 137.75'; thence easterly, parallel with the
north line of Prigge Rd., 265' to the west line of property
conveyed to Louis E. Zilch and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6846,
pg. 738, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence north
along the west line of said Zilch property, 137.75' to its,
northwest corner; thence east along the north line of said Zilch
property, and its prolongation, 200' to the west line of property
conveyed to Cecil Byrd and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 4077, pg.
320, said Recorder's office; thence south along the west line of
said Byrd property, 15.69' to its intersection with the western
prolongation of the north line of property conveyed to Lamoine A.
Plog and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 5836, pg. 639, said
Recorder's office; thence easterly along said prolongation and
along the north line of said Plog property to its northeast
corner; thence easterly in a straight line to the northwest corner
of property conveyed to Willard L. Hargis and wife, by deed
recorded in Bk. 2771, pg. 347, said Recorder's office;, thence
east along the north line of said Hargis property, 80' to its
northeast corner; thence easterly in a straight line to the
northwest corner of property conveyed to Leonard C. Jones and
wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 4003, pg. 248, said Recorder's

office; thence east along the north line of said Jones property,
145' to its northeast corner; thence southeasterly in a straight
line, to a point in the north line of Prigge Rd., as originally
30' wide, distant 200' easterly therealong from the southeast
corner of said Jones property; thence westerly along the north
line of Prigge Rd. to its intersection with the northern
prolongation of the east line of property conveyed to Ronald E.
Neal and wife be deed recorded in Bk. 6815, pg. 1956, said
Recorder's office; thence southerly along said prolongation, and
along the east line of said Neal property to its southeast corner;
thence westerly, parallel to Prigge Rd., 300' to the southwest
corner of property conveyed to Paul C. Grelle and wife, by deed
recorded in Bk. 2917, pg. 620, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's
office; thence north along the west line of said Grelle property,
and its prolongation, to the north line of Prigge Rd.; and thence
west along the north line of Prigge Rd. to the beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1976.
