AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Millstone
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 88 - Fountain Creek Section XIII (76-CC-2), in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Millstone Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 88 - Fountain Creek Section XIII (76-CC-2), in the
City of Florissant, Missouri, within the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 8th
day of June, 1976, and formally executed on the 22nd day of June,
1976, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 3088
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1976.
