AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in Banneker, Alabama, Stockard & Jones (S-956), in
the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri has
agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive
Director is authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the
contractor, and said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of storm sewers in Banneker, Alabama,
Stockard & Jones (S-956), in the City of Richmond Heights,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1976.
