AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Banneker, Alabama, Stockard & Jones (S-946), in the City of
Richmond Heights, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Banneker, Alabama, Stockard & Jones (S-946), in the City of
Richmond Heights, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 24th
day of June, 1976, and formally executed on the 29th day of June,
1976, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:

is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1976.
