AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the hereinafter described sewer
easement, and the District has no further need for such easement,
and
WHEREAS, said easement was granted to the City of St.
Louis, and this District is successor in title to said City for
such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described as follows
is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted to the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, by deed recorded in Book 2797, page
33 of the City of St. Louis Records, which
easement lies in City Block 1608.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1976.
