AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and this
District has no further use for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easements described below are hereby
vacated, to wit:
The North one hundred twenty-four (124) feet of a five
(5) foot wide easement along the East line of
Lot 81 and the North one hundred twenty-four
(124) feet of a five (5) foot wide easement
along the West line of Lot 82, both of Lake
James Manor Plat #4. Said easements granted
by the plat of said subdivision recorded in
Plat Book 142, pages 44 and 45 of the St.
Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1976.
