AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty-two
Thousand Dollars ($122,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Colony,
Forest Home, Green Acres - Phase II (74-MC-2), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri
has agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, the
Executive Director is authorized to issue the notice to proceed to
the contractor, and said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-two Thousand
Dollars ($122,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Colony, Forest Home, Green Acres - Phase II (74-MC-2), in the
City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 28, 1976.
