AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Colony, Forest Home,
Green Acres - Phase II (74-MC-2), in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Colony, Forest Home, Green Acres - Phase II (74-MC-2), in the City
of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
16th day of June, 1976, and formally executed on the 29th day of
June, 1976, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
Ord. No. 3098
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adapted July 28, 1976.
