AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of Richmond Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, a new easement has been obtained to replace the
subject easement and the District has no further need for the
subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot easement crossing Lots 25 through 33
inclusive excepting the easternmost ten (10)
feet of Lot 25 and the westernmost ten (10)
feet of Lot 33 of West Hi-Point Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 4 of the
St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 28, 1976.
