AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 409
(Prigge & Larimore), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
409 (Prigge & Larimore), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 8th day of July, 1976, and formally executed on
the 13th day of July, 1976, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 3103
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 28, 1976.
