AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 352
(Hudson Road), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director as the lowest responsible bidder, for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 352 (Hudson
Road), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 8th day of July, 1976, and formally executed on the 13th day
of July, 1976, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
Ord. No. 3105
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 28, 1976.
