AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-two Thousand Dollars
($92,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the
construction of storm and sanitary sewers in Langdon - Airport
(S-1009), in the City of Berkeley, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the City of Berkeley, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said sources, the Executive Director is
authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor, and
said moneys will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-two Thousand Dollars
($92,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers in
Langdon - Airport (S-1009), in the City of Berkeley, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 28, 1976.
