AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm and sanitary
sewers in Langdon - Airport (S-1009), in the City of Berkeley,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company for the
construction of storm and sanitary sewers in Langdon - Airport
(S-1009), in the City of Berkeley, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 8th day of July, 1976, and formally executed on
the 13th day of July, 1976, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 28, 1976.
