AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Four Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($4,400.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Loretta-Joplin to
be used for additional costs in the extension of storm sewers in
the project known as 74-MR-3 (Lambeth Lane-Loretta-Joplin
Extensions, Clyde Avenue to Telegraph Road S-743), in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($4,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Loretta-Joplin to
be used for additional costs in the extension of storm sewers in
the project known as 74-MR-3 (Lambeth-Lane-Loretta-Joplin
Extensions, Clyde Avenue to Telegraph Road S-743), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 28, 1976.
