AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Fountain Creek
to be used for additional costs in the construction of storm
sewers in Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek Section XII), 75-CC-
2, in the City of Florissant, Missouri,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Fountain Creek
to be used for additional costs in the construction of storm
sewers in Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek Section XII), 75-CC-
2, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 28, 1976.
