AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an agreement with St. Louis County,
Missouri, for sanitary sewer construction in Subdistrict No. 409
(Prigge & Larimore), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($7,800.00) toward
the costs of said construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with
St. Louis County, Missouri for sanitary sewer construction in
Subdistrict No. 409 (Prigge & Larimore), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 28, 1976.
