O R D I N A N C E NO. 3119
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($9,600.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used to
purchase the materials for a gabion project on Musick Creek.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and St. Louis County, Missouri, wherein the District
will supply the necessary materials.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($9,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used to purchase the materials for a gabion project on Musick
Creek.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1976.
