O R D I N A N C E NO. 3121
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($1,900.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 423 (Coal Bank
Road & Joslyn Court), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, said sum is to be repaid by connection fees
based upon a charge of One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Dollars
($1,270.00) per acre or any fraction thereof, and to be collected
prior to the issuance of any sewer connection permits,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($1,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
423 (Coal Bank Road & Joslyn Court), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 25, 1976.
