O R D I N A N C E NO. 3123
AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 420 (Huiskamp & High Ridge), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 420 (Huiskamp & High Ridge), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of July,
1976, and formally executed on the 10th day of August, 1976, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 25, 1976.
