O R D I N A N C E NO. 3124
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-one Thousand Dollars
($41,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in the project known as Hartnett & Centre
(S-1017), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative effort between
the District and the City of Ferguson whereby the City of Ferguson
will pay for the necessary materials,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-one Thousand Dollars
($41,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Hartnett & Centre (S-1017), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 25, 1976.
