O R D I N A N C E NO. 3127
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate a portion of the subject easement and this
District has no further use for the portion of the subject
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of an easement described below
is hereby vacated, to wit:
A five (5) foot wide easement along the northwest line
of Lot 132 of Boardwalk Plat 3 and beginning at a point
ten (10) feet southwest of Baltic Drive and continuing
one hundred (100) feet southwest along said northwest
line of Lot 132 of Boardwalk Plat 3. Said easement
granted by the plat of said subdivision recorded in
Plat Book 147, Pages 30 and 31 of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 25, 1976.
