O R D I N A N C E NO. 3130
AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1630, adopted July 6, 1967, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 317 (Lindbergh and Golterman) of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1630, adopted July 6, 1967,
is hereby amended by revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No.
317 (Lindbergh and Golterman), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, to exclude an area described as follows:
Beginning in the centerline of Golterman Drive at its
intersection with the western prolongation of the
south line of property formerly of Junelee Jessen
Latimore as per deed recorded in Bk. 2188, pg. 361, St.
Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office (more recently of
Maxie Butler as per deed recorded in Bk. 6819, pg.
908); thence northwardly along the centerline of
Golterman Dr. to its intersection with the western
prolongation of the north line of said Latimore
(Butler) property; thence eastwardly along said last
described prolongation and along the north line of said
Latimore (Butler) property to the northeast corner
thereof; thence southwardly along the east line and
westwardly along the south line, resp., and continuing

westwardly along the prolongation of said south line,
of said Latimore (Butler) property, to the centerline
of Golterman Dr., the place of beginning.
for the reason that the Board of Trustees, pursuant to an
engineering investigation, finds that such area can be served
adequately and effectively by existing sewer facilities and is not
economical to be included in said Subdistrict No. 317.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance 1630, as hereby
amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 317
(Lindbergh and Golterman) shall be as follows:

LINDBERGH AND GOLTERMAN
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Lindbergh
Boulevard and Golterman Drive; thence northwardly along the
centerline of said Golterman Drive to its intersection with the
western prolongation of the north line of property conveyed to
Timron Corporation by deed recorded in Book 6648, page 1673, St.
Louis County Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along said
prolongation and along the north line of said Timron Corporation
property to the northeast corner thereof; thence southeastwardly
and parallel with the centerline of said Lindbergh Boulevard to
the east line of property conveyed to Oliver F. and Eloise C.
Winheim by deed recorded in Book 4063, pg. 566, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence southwardly along the east line of said
Winheim property and its prolongation to the centerline of said
Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwestwardly along the centerline
of said Lindbergh Boulevard to the centerline of Golterman Drive,
the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1976.
