O R D I N A N C E NO. 3132
AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Lowill Lane (S-1034).
in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Lowill Lane (S-1034), in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th day of August,
1976, and formally executed on the 7th day of September, 1976, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 22, 1976.
