The Council of the City of Medina met in Special Session on Saturday, July 19, 1986
at 9:00 A.M.
Present: Mayor, Thomas Anderson; Councilmembers,Wilfred Scherer, William Reiser,
Robert Mitchell; Clerk -Treasurer, Donna Roehl
Absent: Councilmember Heideman
1. LEAGUE OF CITIES INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING PROGRAM
Council discussed the Joint Powers Agreement presented by the League of Cities for
participation in the joint issuance of bonds.
Robert Mitchell contacted Joel Jamnik of the League of Cities who informed him that
the Federal regulations had been changed as of July 17th and provisions in the Joint
Powers Agreement would need to be revised.
Members discussed various projects of the city and developers that may need funding.
Moved by Mitchell, seconded by Scherer to table the item until August 5th if
revised materials arp received by that date.
Motion declared carried
2. CONTRACTS
Council briefly discussed terms of contracts, beginning and ending dates
information regarding contract employees.
Moved by Scherer, seconded by Reiser to adjourn.
Motion declared carried
