Home My Public Portal About03138 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3138 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 428 (Lakeshire Lateral) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sanitary sewer or sanitary drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 428 (Lakeshire Lateral). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 428 (Lakeshire Lateral) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) LAKESHIRE LATERAL Beginning in the southern line of Lakeside Dr. (formerly Christian Drive), 50' wide, at the northeastern corner of Lot 34 in Block 1 of LAKESHIRE, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Mo. as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 36, pg. 65, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office, said beginning point also being the northwestern corner of property conveyed to Wayne J. Budde and wife by deed recorded in Bk. 6532, pg. 1496, said Recorder's office; thence southerly along the eastern line of said LAKESHIRE, and being along the western line of said Budde property and along the western lines of properties conveyed to William Edward Quigley and wife (by deed recorded in Bk. 2949, pg. 609), Mathias A. Pingel and wife (by deed recorded in Bk. 5368, pg. 182) and Harriet G. Finn (by deed recorded in Bk. 6725, Pg. 533) to the southwestern corner of said Finn property; thence easterly along the southern line of said Finn property to its southeastern corner, being the southwestern corner of a parcel of land conveyed to the State of Missouri for the widening of Tesson Ferry Rd. by deed recorded in Bk. 6290, pg. 1995, said Recorder's office; thence northerly along the western line of Tesson Ferry Rd. as widened, being along the western lines of parcels conveyed to the State of Missouri by deeds recorded in Bk. 6290, pg. 1995, Bk. 6186, pg. 342, Bk. 6211, pg. 552 and Bk. 6238, pg. 513, to the southern line of said Lakeside Dr.; and thence westerly along the southern line of Lakeside Dr. to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 1976.
