O R D I N A N C E NO. 3140
AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Laclede Station Road & Sandau (S-919), in the City of Shrewsbury,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Laclede Station Road & Sandau (S-919), in the City of Shrewsbury,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th day of September,
1976, and formally executed on the 21st day of September, 1976, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 1976.
