O R D I N A N C E NO. 3144
AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Lindbergh
Sanitary Relocations, in the Cities of Bridgeton and Hazelwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Lindbergh Sanitary Relocations, in the Cities of Bridgeton and
Hazelwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of
September, 1976, and formally executed on the 7th day of
September, 1976, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1976.
