O R D I N A N C E NO. 3145
AN ORDINANCE, transferring Two Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($2,900.00) from the Operating Fund of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict; Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) from the Cold-
water Creek Sewer Revenue Fund, and One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
from the Operating Fund of Subdistrict - Sugar Creek to the
General Fund of the District, and appropriating Seven Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($7,200.00) from the General Fund of the District
as a supplemental appropriation for the completion of the
preparation of a Long Range Plan, originally funded under the
provisions of Ordinance No. 2831, adopted May 28. 1975.
WHEREAS, the scope of engineering services relating to
the preparation of said Long Range Plan has been modified and the
cost has accordingly increased for its completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($2,900.00)2 is hereby transferred from the Operating Fund
of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Two. The sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00)
is hereby transferred from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund
to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) is hereby transferred from the Operating Fund of
Subdistrict - Sugar Creek to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Seven Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($7,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District as a supplemental appropriation for the completion
of the preparation of a Long Range Plan.
Section Five. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1976.
