O R D I N A N C E NO. 3146
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirty-four
Thousand Dollars ($134,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Claychester
Drive (S-753), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Des Peres, Missouri has
contributed one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project; the
Executive-Director is authorized to issue the notice to proceed to
the contractor, and said moneys have been deposited in the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty-four
Thousand Dollars ($134,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Claychester Drive (S-753), in the City of Des
Peres, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1976.
