O R D I N A N C E NO. 3147
AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Claychester Drive (S-
753), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc. for the construction of
storm sewers in Claychester Drive (S-753), in the City of Des
Peres, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of October,
1976, and formally executed on the 12th day of October, 1976, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1976.
