O R D I N A N C E NO. 3148
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Block 64 of
Carondelet Commons, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, a new easement has been obtained to replace
the subject easement and the District has no further use for the
subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
by deed recorded in Book 6406, Page 1709 of the St.
Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1976.
