O R D I N A N C E NO. 3149
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Two Hundred Fifty Three Dollars and Thirty six cents ($253.36)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Deer Creek to be used for additional costs in the construction
of storm sewers in the project known as Marshall - Margaret (S-
1058), in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Three
Dollars and Thirty six cents ($253.36) is hereby appropriated from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek to be used for additional costs in the construction of
storm sewers in the project known as Marshall - Margaret (S-1058),
in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1976.
