O R D I N A N C E NO. 3150
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used to reimburse the Housing Authority of St. Louis County for
additional costs in the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Meacham Park Storm Sewer (S-751), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used to reimburse the Housing Authority of St. Louis County for
additional costs in the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Meacham Park Storm Sewer (S-751), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1976.
