O R D I N A N C E NO. 3154
AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of Ten
Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for
additional costs in the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Palmetto & Weber Storm Sewer (S-876) 75-GC-10, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for additional costs in the construction of storm sewers
in the project known as Palmetto & Weber Storm Sewer (S-876) 75-
GC-10, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1976.
