O R D I N A N C E NO. 3155
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for the purchase of an
easement along and adjacent to the east side of Deer Creek and
south of Manchester Road, (Great Central Lumber Company), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
the purchase of an easement along and adjacent to the east side of
Deer Creek and south of Manchester Road (Great Central Lumber
Company), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1976.
