O R D I N A N C E NO. 3158
AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Walchshauser
and Tesson Ferry (S-927) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Walchshauser and Tesson Ferry (S-927) in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 15th day of October,
1976, and formally executed on the 26th day of October, 1976, by
said contractor and by the Executive-Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1976.
