O R D I N A N C E NO. 3160
AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with G. L. Tarlton
Contracting Company for the construction of a storm water channel
in Landseer-Ebert-Murat, Phase I (76-MC-20), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to G. L. Tarlton Contracting Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of a storm water
channel in Landseer-Ebert-Murat, Phase I (76-MC-20), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 21st day of
October, 1976, and formally executed on the 26th day of October,
1976, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1976.
