O R D I N A N C E NO. 3161
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-seven Thousand
Dollars ($47,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Nottingham & Murdoch (Phase I), in the City of Shrewsbury,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive Director is
authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor, and
said money will be returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-seven Thousand Dollars
($47,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in Nottingham & Murdoch (Phase I), in the City of
Shrewsbury, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1976.
