O R D I N A N C E NO. 3169
AN ORDINANCE, transferring Five Thousand Nine Hundred
Fifty-five and 71/100 Dollars ($5,955.71) from the Operating Fund
of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the
District, and appropriating Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Forty and
94/100 Dollars ($7,940.94) from the General Fund of the District
for the remaining costs in the preparation of architectural plans
for a training center addition to the District building at 2000
Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3015, adopted March 24, 1976,
authorized the expenditure of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
for the preparation of said architectural plans, and
WHEREAS, the total cost for the preparation of said
plans is now Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Forty and 94/100 Dollars
($12,940.94).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Nine Hundred
Fifty-five and 71/100 Dollars ($5,955.71) is hereby transferred
from the Operating Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to
the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Seven Thousand Nine Hundred
Forty and 94/100 Dollars ($7,940.94) is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund of the District for the remaining costs in the
preparation of architectural plans for a training center addition
to the District building at 2000 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis,
Missouri.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 1, 1976.
