AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Nine Hundred Ninety Dollars ($990.00) from the Operation, Main-
tenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Creve Coeur-Frontenac
to be used for additional costs in the construction of sanitary
sewers in Sommerton Court (S-1079), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Dollars
($990.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Creve-Coeur-Frontenac to be
used for additional costs in the construction of sanitary sewers
in Sommerton Court (S-1079), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1976.
