AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Two Hundred
Sixty-eight and 81/100 Dollars ($6,268.81) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Jack -
Dellwood to pay connection fees in Subdistrict No. 352 (Hudson
Road).
WHEREAS, the aforementioned sum was collected by the
District for sanitary sewer connections into the Dellwood Creek
Sanitary Subtrunk Sewer, and
WHEREAS, said sum was transferred to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Jack-
Dellwood.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Two Hundred
Sixty-eight and 81/100 Dollars ($6,268.81) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Black Jack-Dellwood to pay connection fees in Subdistrict No.
352 (Hudson Road).
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1977.
